Concept Design
The genesis of the idea. Studying volume balance, lighting impact on geometries, and primary stylistic feasibility through detailed conceptual sketches.
Exclusive & Exterior Styling
Sculpting external lines (hull, deck, superstructure) to convey character, dynamism, and aerodynamic elegance. Custom design of ergonomic components, supported by scale models.
Interior Design & Fit-out

We are the high-precision tool engineered to optimize workflows, shrink delivery times, and eliminate technical office bottlenecks. At our Sabaudia facility, backed by a decade of expertise, digital data is seamlessly transformed into flanged molds and composite parts ready for the shipyard's assembly line by highly qualified Italian personnel.
TECHNICAL ENGINEERING (Trieste)
Class A Surface Modeling
Executive development of hulls and superstructures with guaranteed curvature continuity and millimetric reflection control.
Composite Engineering
Structural design of cores and skins. Geometric optimization of draft angles for molds and patterns.
Interior Engineering
Construction drawings of interior furniture, sectioning, calculation of clearance tolerances, and integrated system routing.
Reverse Engineering & CAM
Conversion of 3D scans into clean mathematical models. Surface optimization for error-free 5-axis CNC milling operations.
PRODUCTION FACILITY (Sabaudia)
Native integration between drafting and in-house milling eliminates intermediaries, reducing design misinterpretations to zero.
5-Axis Milling
5-axis CNC machine with a working envelope of $8000 \times 5000 \times 2000$ mm. Processing of plastics and specialized materials for prototypes or custom applications.
Industrial Molds
Versatile manufacturing based on project requirements. Options include in-house molding, shipping molds to third parties, or deploying an expert team of laminators directly to the client's site.
Composite Production
Composite components manufactured via hand lay-up or infusion (glass, carbon). In-house management of parts up to 12-14 meters (feasibility evaluation available for larger dimensions).
Construction, Assembly & Delivery
Complete construction and outfitting of vessels up to 10-12 meters. Production of exterior furniture, pools, sofas, sunbeds, and custom composite components.

We have codified a linear, transparent, and unpredictable-free workflow, aimed at the total elimination of post-delivery disputes and ensuring maximum execution speed.
Our geometric development process is structured to eliminate error margins in the milling and molding phases, guaranteeing compliance with industrial and shipyard constraints through four sequential phases:
01 _ ALIGNMENT
Preventive analysis of constraints and formal alignment with the client's technical office before starting.
02 _ CROSS-CHECK
Constant and systematic cross-checks on geometries and draft angles performed directly during 3D modeling.
03 _ VALIDATION
Rigorous validation of every single file, including approval by the client.
04 / DELIVERY
Supply and release of clean, optimized geometric data ready for direct import into the shipyard's CAM and management systems, excluding unnecessary or redundant data.
