A design and engineering studio based in Trieste, with a production facility in Sabaudia. It collaborates with internationally renowned designers, architects, and shipyards. In addition to consultancy and design services, it also provides molds, prototypes, and composite products.

MAVERDESIGN offers a full range of design services, including:
• CONCEPT DESIGN
Developed in detail, tailored to client needs, supported by conceptual sketches.
• EXCLUSIVE DESIGN
Fully customized, unique in features and functions, combining style and technique, often supported by scale models.
• OPTIMIZATION & CLIENT CARE
Design optimization with a focus on cost reduction and shorter delivery times, quick and effective response to client needs, projects designed to be easily managed by the client or subcontractors.
• 3D MODELING
In different phases: preliminary, advanced, HD precision, draft milling, mold decomposition, flanging, plugs.
• EXTERIOR DESIGN
Hull, deck, superstructure, and ergonomic elements such as exterior sofas and helm stations, developed with proportion and balance.
• RENDER & VISUALS
Exterior and interior renderings, photo-insertions, video rendering and editing, VR experiences, marketing material.
• GENERAL ARRANGEMENT – G.A.
Concept layouts, 2D plans and profiles, 3D volumetric models, key parameter definition, feasibility studies, technical and descriptive drawings.
• INTERIOR DESIGN / DECOR
Preliminary and advanced phases, joinery execution drawings, interior layouts, furniture and decor.
• EXTERIOR FIT-OUT
Custom stainless steel elements, deck accessories, upholstery instructions

PRODUCTION FACILITY

The Sabaudia site, with decades of experience in composite production and outfitting, is where MAVERDESIGN’s projects are built, assembled, and finished by highly skilled Italian personnel.
Key activities include:
• 5-AXIS MILLING
CNC machine (bed size: 8000 × 5000 × 2000 mm), processing plastics and special materials for prototypes or specific applications.
• MOLDS
Manufactured according to project needs, either outsourced or in-house; skilled mold makers can also be dispatched directly to the client.
• COMPOSITE MANUFACTURING
Parts built manually or via infusion (glass or carbon fiber), handling up to 12–14 m units (larger sizes possible upon request).
• CONSTRUCTION & DELIVERY
Building and outfitting boats up to 10–12 m, as well as exterior furniture, pools, sunbeds, sofas, and other composite components.

Every project is a journey, structured in essential phases to guarantee success:
1. ANALYSIS
Research and assessment of user needs, reference market, competitors, available resources and technologies, client identity and expectations.
2. CONCEPT
Creative idea generation, brainstorming, evaluation, and selection of the most suitable project concept.
3. DESIGN
Concept development through scale models, renderings, and creative studies, combined with feasibility verification.
4. ENGINEERING
Detailed definition of components, selection of appropriate materials, execution of construction details according to the technical specifications.
5. PROTOTYPING
Transition from virtual to physical: scale mock-ups to test aesthetics, functionality, and ergonomics before production.
6. MARKETING
Communication strategy: from brochures and advertising to full-scale media events.
